An awesome browser that has features that IE neglected. Popup blocking, tabbed browsing, keyword searching... extentions let you do mouse gestures and a lot more.
Oh, did I mention, it's faster too. And it's only 14 MB.
People come to me with their computer problems, saying that IE stopped working. I send them the Firefox as a solution, and later, they always thank me for it.

Internet browser by Mozilla. Uses next-gen technology to make the best browsing possible with such features as pop-up blocking, useful extensions, custom themes, passowrd manager, an easy to manage download manager, and many more great reasons that make Internet Explorer absolutely obsolete.
"Firefox makes Internet Explorer look like complete crap."

a recently developed and released "next generation" internet
browser from the developers of mozilla browser. it brings you tab browsing and pop-up blocking technology and a high-speed internet browsing experience.
a: are you still using that crappy ol' internet explorer?
b: yea, why?
a: dude, just stop using it! download mozilla or firebird from mozilla.org and you will see what internet surfing really means!
b: ok, whatever.
The web browser I am currently using to view this site. Entirely customizable and secure (unlike Internet Explorer
, the worst browser ever made)
Whatever Internet Explorer
can do, Firefox does better. Whatever Internet Explorer does not do, Firefox can. Face it, Firefox pwns
One of the safest, most efficient and bullshitless browsers out there (among others such as Opera).
Has the most useful plugins ever created, such as "FlashBlock" which completely eradicates flash ads on web pages that may slow down your browsing, and those annoying "Shoot the Ninja and get a free iPod!" ads. As well as Fasterfox, which optimizes the speed, and many more.
The great thing about this browser is that it DOESNT install crap on your computer without asking you prior to that...Internet Explorer by Microsoft, for example, randomly changes it's homepage, installs adware and spyware and third party crap without your knowing.
With a built in google toolbar (which, incidentally, doesnt take up 3/5ths of the screen like on IE), it makes searching a breeze.
Definitely the way to go for an optimized browsing experience.
-dude, internet explorer blows
-fsho get firefox
Mozilla's answer to Internet Explorer. Firefox includes popup blocking, tabbed browsing, extensions, a download manager, and is much more secure than Internet Explorer
, because it doesn't use ActiveX or active scripting.
Firefox supports virtually all the plugins IE does, such as Flash, Java, RealPlayer, etc. You just click on where it says "download this plugin now" and it'll be installed automatically.
When I was a newb, I used Internet Explorer, but now that I know more about how the Internet and computers work, I've switched to Firefox for good.
